Ohhhhhh Christmas Tree!

Tom and I went and got a Christmas tree for the first time as man and wife!!! It was so much fun:) Then we came home put it up and Karen and I decorated it. Here are a few shots of our fun Saturday night. Enjoy:)

I'm really going to start doing this now

So I feel inspired by my sister and friends who do a great job at keeping there blogs up to date and going. Its been forever but I am going to start fresh and do the blogging thing!
It Christmas time and it has been very busy around the house. Karen and I have been putting up decoration for the past two weekends and we still have so much to do. My day today was spent raping presents to take to my mothers house for Christmas and I do have to say that I have finished all of my Christmas shopping!!!!! It is a very good feeling and I hope to always do this every year.
Monday morning starts my CNA classes which I am very excited about! I still need to go get scrubs tomorrow and Tom and I are getting a TREE tomorrow!!! So much to do and so much going on but I love it!

The Engagement

On December 1st 2008 my boyfriend at the time become my future husband. That night Tom and I had gone out to eat BBQ with my mom, meet my best friend Christie and her 2 year old son Landon for some play time,then had Ice Cream and watched Family Guy. Little did I know that Tom had a very big question he wanted to ask me. Around 11pm or so Tom wanted to sit by the fireplace and warm up. It was there that he knelt down on one knee and asked for my hand in marriage. Of course I said yes!
We are now in the middle of planning a wedding for about 200 people on October 2009. I can't wait to marry my best friend!
